A Dingli kind of day

Captioning today instead of the usual burbling. 😁

The Cliffs of Dingli – vertigo free

Roadside finds – walking, the freedom to stop and smell the olives

Dingli – cemetery and spiritually centred

Mdina city square and bus stop

Tourist turtle lines abound

Escape to the fortressed quiet city of old Mdina – heaven

Even the cafes are a haven from the heat and hordes

They are everywhere – knobs I have encountered

Hagar Qim and Mandjaran Temples – a Megalithic day!

Weary traveller….rest day ahead.

  1. Love Medina. Just the peace and quiet and leave the world behind. Loving the pictures. Bill is enjoying the memories too.

So sorry about your accomodation view , disappointing. But also so pleased that you are enjoying it all. Malta is a curious place, unlike others. Pat😊

    • Hi Pat and Bill
Glad you are enjoying the memories. Today was Sunday seafood feast at Marsaloxx………a friend recommended the restaurant of an Aussie friend – Il Taronne. It was the best part of the day. The seafood was almost still jumping it was so fresh. Tomorrow I am doing the whole day on Gozo armed with your advice about taking a tour. I have been making tremendous use of the unlimited bus pass, and have my public bus routes marked out for seeing a couple of places and then spending the rest swimming and snorkeling at my own pace. πŸ˜ƒ
